I haven't bothered to "compare run times" with brand names, but I am very happy with the life I get in my Princeton Headlamp for hiking, when daylight catches you short!

I work maintenance at a collage and always carry a small flashlight that takes CR123A batteries. I am a loyal customer and fan of these batteries for 4 years now. Don't let the low price fool you as these batteries are every bit as good the ones you pay big bucks for. I also us them at home for my wireless home security system.

Wont work in alarm

I bought several of these batteries because of price and reviews. When I put them into smoke alarm, the low battery warning continued. I measured the voltage and found all four below the rated voltage, which accounts for them failing to work in the alarm.

Came as ordered. Can only give four stars as have not used them as yet. If they last close to as long as the ones I buy at Radio Shack then the price will prove to be a real winner for me.
